This full-time program has a four-semester duration for those holding degrees in industrial or communication design and a five-semester duration for those with degrees in other fields. Applicants must have a graduate degree with a minimum of 32 credit hours and are required to submit three letters of recommendation, a portfolio, statement of interest, and a resume or curriculum vitae. The course is an immersive, action-oriented, dynamic learning experience guided by a team of instructors from the fields of design, engineering, business, law, architecture, psychology, and social sciences. The Master of Design is a two-year degree for people who want to become strategic designers.
