Aside from leading coursework and supporting student projects, all full-time faculty are actively engaged research initiatives.

These modules develop your critical competency for nearly any design practice. Core courses help you deeply understand complex challenges, creatively explore options, and develop impactful solutions. Rather than focus on a single project at the end of the program, students take multiple workshops during the program that integrate learning from all coursework to build mastery. Accepted students join a cohort of people from around the world with varying disciplinary backgrounds. As consumers are becoming more aware of their lasting digital footprint, there is a movement toward a more transparent digital culture, one that emphasizes ethics and accountability, particularly as it pertains to information sharing.

A willingness to challenge legacy structures will enable organizations to build and produce responsive ecosystems of information, products, and services that support the curated and customized continuous experiences all audiences will increasingly expect. Nearly all professionals today recognize the burgeoning popularity of design thinking and generally accept that successful organizations—genuinely forward-looking ones—need design. Yet most organizations have yet to make a place for design that engages its full power, not only at the initiative level, but also at the enterprise level. And most organizations have yet to determine everything they need to do to generate and sustain that power. To expedite letters of recommendation we use a short, 10-minute survey process. To complete this step in the application, please provide contact information for three recommenders who can complete a short recommender survey.
